Library Training Center (Dick Smith Library) Capacity: 33

Description
The Library Training Center (Room 132) is located at the back of the main level of the Dick Smith Library, and is shared with the Center for Instructional Innovation.
Reservations for the Library Training Center are only accepted for faculty and staff events or student organizations who have an approved activity permit. Student organizations must submit an activity permit via TexanSync (OrgSync). Library staff process reservations requests Monday-Friday.
This room is not intended for extended recurring use or use as a classroom (e.g. having a standing meeting multiple times a week for the entire semester). In order to allow everyone the opportunity to use this space, we limit each person/organization’s use to 4 reservations per month. If you feel you have a special circumstance in which you need more time in a one month period, please contact Joshua Wallace at 254-968-9455 or email reference@tarleton.edu.
Please consider set up and cleaning time needed for your reservation and book the room accordingly.
- This room can seat up to thirty-three (33) at computers.
- The Library Training Center is equipped with computers, InFocus projector, video conference capabilities, and white board.
- A conference phone is also available.
- The Library Training Center is intended for instruction sessions and trainings. This space may not be used as a study room.
